Minimums, sample fees, mold charges, and lead times stay blank until a quote confirms them. We do not fill in a typical industry number.
Product
What is a loose flower head?
Flower heads are the main work. A rose in these photos may include a stem or a branch, and those can be supplied with the order.
Do you sell finished bouquets?
Not on this site. We sell heads, in cartons, to businesses.
Are these plastic flowers?
We do not sell them as plastic flowers. The petals are silk-look polyester, other fabric, or a real-touch material such as PU on selected styles. Silk here is the trade name, not a claim of mulberry silk, unless a style says otherwise.
Can I use them outdoors?
Do not plan on it. Fabric and silk-look heads are for indoor displays. An outdoor claim would be written on that style only, and only with evidence we can show.
Ordering
What is the MOQ?
It depends on the style and the order mode, and it is written on the quote. A mixed trial is the path when a full production run is too large for a first test.
Can I mix flowers and colors?
Yes, as a mixed trial. The mix and the pieces per pack are written on the quote.
How do samples work?
Tell us the styles. The sample fee, whether it counts toward the order, the piece count, and the timing are written on the quote. We do not advertise free samples.
Who pays for a new mold?
Ownership, any exclusive, territory, a minimum yearly quantity, and the mold charge are written down before tooling.
How long does production take?
For styles we already make, and for a new mold after the first sample is approved, the timing is written on the quote.
What trade terms do you quote?
The quote names the term, the port if it is FOB, and what the carton includes. This page does not mean delivered duty paid.
Do you match a color from my photo?
Send it. We say yes or no against a physical target when we can. A phone photo is not the standard.
Quality
Will petals fall off?
They can, if the bond is poor. We check pull, drop, and vibration. We will not promise that none ever will.
The last supplier’s flowers arrived flat.
Pressure in the carton does that. We look at recovery and at how many pieces belong in the box. Some shapes need a looser pack.
They smell.
We specify a low-odor adhesive and keep material records. If odor is a hard limit in your market, say so on the inquiry.
The second order did not match the first.
Reorder against the approved swatch and the agreed diameter, not against a screenshot. If a dye lot will shift, we tell you before we ship.
The company
Are you a factory?
Yes. AIKAKO is a source factory for loose flower heads in Cangzhou, Hebei, China.
How fast do you reply?
We work Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Beijing time. The site also shows that window in your local time.
Which countries do you ship to?
The sales focus is the United States first, then the UK and Europe, then other markets. Whether we can ship to your country is part of the quote, not a promise on this page.
